My superpower has always been my ability to find the humor in life, no matter what I am facing. This has given me a gift to never stop, never quit, and to be a reassuring, light presence for the clients I serve as they navigate some of life’s greatest changes.
Becoming a mother changed everything for me. I had worked in advertising for years—everyone in the industry knew me, and I had contributed to some of the biggest accounts. My work was a huge part of my identity that I didn’t want to lose when we started our family. However, when we had our oldest, Aaron, I knew I was ready to embrace a new chapter as a mom. I left behind my life in the city to build our life here in Westchester.
Having three boys—Aaron, Jared, and Evan—quickly taught me that humor is the best way to handle stress. You can’t sweat the small stuff. Parenting, after all, is not for the faint of heart, and if you can’t laugh, you’ll go crazy! Initially, I did freelance work, but it was important to me to find a career path that I could build into something meaningful while still being present for my kids. That’s when real estate came into the picture.
My journey into real estate started when I was caring for my mother after she had a stroke in 2002. It was a tough time, as she had always been my rock—strong, rebellious, and always one to break the mold. She had been a teacher in the South Bronx, bringing home kids who needed a place to stay, teaching us early on about kindness and acceptance of people from all walks of life. As a kid, I thought every home did this! Little did I know, she was truly one of a kind. She had a huge influence on the person I am today.
With my background in advertising and sales, I made the leap into real estate already knowing how to market myself and gain attention for my properties. When I set a goal, I don’t let anyone tell me I can’t achieve it. I still remember telling my manager how much I wanted to make in my first year, and she gave me a pat on the head—like I was dreaming. Well, I beat that goal, and then some! There's nothing quite like a challenge to motivate me.
After my mother passed away in 2004, I poured everything into my family and my business. The values she instilled in me carried me forward, wanting to be that reassuring, helpful presence to others. Real estate became my outlet for making a difference in people’s lives, whether they were buying their first home, selling after a difficult life event, or finding a place to settle down. No matter what my clients are going through, I am here to guide them every step of the way, because #UGottaHaveHope when navigating life's big decisions.
When life threw me a curveball in 2014 with a cancer diagnosis, I took it in stride. If anything, it just confirmed what I already knew: I was strong and resilient. I managed my kids' soccer teams, kept my business running, and stayed involved in my community—all while undergoing treatments. I genuinely believe that even in the hardest times, humor and a hug can get you through anything. And that’s the enthusiasm and energy I bring to my clients’ journeys. When they face difficult transitions or road bumps in the process, I’m here to keep everyone grounded and provide solutions.
Today, I focus on the things that truly matter: my family, my work, and my community. My husband and I love to travel—Italy is a favorite; we’re trying
to broaden our destinations, but the allure of Italy is powerful. I’m also deeply involved with local organizations like the Somers Lions Club, Bedford 2030, a nonprofit tackling climate change, and fundraising for cancer organizations. My husband is known to say that our life is like our closets—stuffed to the brim but always room for just a little bit more—and truthfully, I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Through real estate, my mission is to help my clients achieve their situational and financial goals, whether buying or selling, and support them through whatever their motivating factor is for the move. I have expertise working with a wide range of residential properties, including luxury homes, new construction, land and subdivision development, helping anywhere from first-time homebuyers to retirees downsizing. I am consistently recognized as the number one agent in the Katonah and Somers market for listings and number of transactions. My meticulous approach to preparing homes for sale, including strategic staging and marketing, attracts the right buyers and helps my clients achieve the best possible price!
My deep knowledge of the area means I can offer personalized advice to buyers, helping them find not just a house, but a home that truly fits their needs and lifestyle. I build strong relationships with my clients, taking the time to understand their stories and represent their goals at every level of the process. I’m passionate about helping people through big life transitions, and I’m here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. After all, #UGottaHaveHope. Even after we sit at the closing table, I am always just a call away—your REALTOR® for life, ready to help with anything you may need—even if it’s just to hear a joke!
