Hope should have been named "Treasure" ... she is just that! Right from the get-go she was more prepared than other agents we interviewed and her 'can do' attitude was obvious and infectious. She priced the unit (with good background information to support the price) well; she quickly lined up a photographer; got the unit listed on MLS a day after the photo shoot; had an open house two days later and we had an acceptable offer the evening of the open house. So, maybe "Speedy, Efficient, Pleasant, Accessible" could be suitable choices for her middle name? This property was listed and ultimately closed on within a month -- perfect for this out-of-state couple wanting to sell our second home. And, as if all that were not enough, she utilized social media to help us get some large pieces of furniture sold. Who could ask for anyone more equipped to handle a sale? As a home inspector working with her several selling and buying home processes in Westchester, there are not enough compliments to show the level of excellence that Hope display. Hope has a good understanding of the local market and great strategies for marketing a house. She hired a stager who provided excellent suggestions for presentation. Also, Hope recommended several skilled and reliable contractors who improved the appearance oh my home. At negotiation she was honest, firm and realistic.
