The town is comprised of three unincorporated hamlets, Bedford Hills, Bedford Village and Katonah. Each has its own identity with a rich history and wonderful resources. Each hamlet features a library, which is open to all, and is served by its own fire department.

All Bedford residents are welcome to use the facilities of our three town parks for swimming, picnicking, and a broad range of other activities. We are fortunate to have scores of museums, nature trails, horse trails, conservancy organizations and service clubs.
